Flip Flop Screen, also known as trigger or elastic mesh screens, is a machine designed to efficiently screen sticky, wet, and other difficult materials. The Flip Flop Screen works by combining the double vibration principle with a flexible polyurethane type screen. The stretching and relaxation of the screen transfers energy to the material, causing it to "jump" or "pop". This secondary vibration in turn enhances the separation of the materials.
